First, what is confusion?
Having a lot to do but know not which to start with.
According to the Cambridge English Dictionary, confusion is a situation in which people do not understand what is happening, what they should do. A situation, often with a lot of activity and noise, in which people do not know what to do. And also a lack of understanding, or a state of disorder.
